This past Christmas, I surprised my 12-year old brother with tickets to see Darren Criss in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. After the show, I bought him the purple bow tie (at his request) and my parents bought us both window card posters. On our way home, he told me that he wanted to get his poster framed and hang it in his bedroom. A month or so after that conversation, he added on that he was going to cut out letters from a magazine to spell “Courage,” and tape them on to the bottom of the frame like Kurt did to his framed picture of Blaine on Glee. Today, my dad surprised him with the now framed poster. My brother shouted “yes” and, when my father walked away, discreetly hugged the framed poster to his chest. My brother, ladies and gentlemen, might love Darren Criss more than I do.
